The Alchemy strength conditioning is helping young Motorcross star Corey Hull achieve his podium results

At just 10 years old, Corey Hull is already making waves in the motorcross world. With a passion for racing and a drive to succeed, Corey has quickly become a force to be reckoned with on the track. And behind every successful athlete is a dedicated coach, who has helped shape and prepare Corey for the physical demands of his sport.

Enter Alchemy coach Chris Poole, who has been working one-on-one with Corey to help him build the strength and endurance necessary to excel in motorcross. Chris recognized early on that Corey had the natural talent to excel, but he also knew that physical conditioning would be key to ensuring Corey’s success in the long run.

Over the past year, Chris has worked with Corey to develop a comprehensive training program that includes strength training, cardio workouts, and agility drills. They have focused on building Corey’s core strength, which is critical for maintaining balance and stability on the bike. They have also worked on increasing Corey’s endurance, which is essential for racing at high speeds for extended periods of time.

In fact, Corey recently competed in a local motorcross competition and placed first in his age group, beating out many older and more experienced riders. Corey has been crowned both 90’s MXC and NLWMCC small wheel 85 champion 2022.
