At our Group Session’s we teach you to how to properly prepare for a gruelling workout. All the appropriate muscles are stretched specifically for that session to minimalize risk of injury and maximise potential muscle growth
PERFECT FORM
During the classes Chris will be teaching the attendees how to execute perfect form on all the exercises. Performing these movements in the correct fashion will provide great knowledge for you take from the lessons and apply outside of the gym also.
COOL DOWN
Cooling down is extremely important after completing an aerobic workout. After one of our sessions Chris likes talk you through breathing exercises so you leave the gym in the correct state of body and mind
